Yummy Snack Time – Candy Cake White Chocolate Fudge

3 cups White Chocolate Chips

1 can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk

½ teaspoon Peppermint Extract

8 Candy Canes, crushed

2/3 cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips



  1. Line an 8×8 square baking pan with parchment paper. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Combine white chocolate and condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until the chips are melted.  Remove from heat and stir in extract and crushed candy canes.
  3. Spread evenly into prepared baking pan. Top with chocolate chips and swirl them in with a knife.  Top with a few more crushed candy cane pieces.  Chill for 3 hours and cut into squares.
