3 cups White Chocolate Chips
1 can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ teaspoon Peppermint Extract
8 Candy Canes, crushed
2/3 cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Line an 8×8 square baking pan with parchment paper. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Combine white chocolate and condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until the chips are melted. Remove from heat and stir in extract and crushed candy canes.
- Spread evenly into prepared baking pan. Top with chocolate chips and swirl them in with a knife. Top with a few more crushed candy cane pieces. Chill for 3 hours and cut into squares.
